Girls’ swimming team moves to 2-0 with impressive...
Despite having only 13 of their 26 swimmers at the meet, the FA girls’ swimming team moved to 2-0 last Friday night with a 96-82 win over a much-deeper John Bapst squad. The Ponies’ only path to victory was to win nearly every event, and they did just that, capturing first place in the first 11 events before coming within 0.33 seconds of making it a clean sweep in the evening’s final race.

Upstart Ponies handle Ellsworth on the road, move...

The boys’ basketball team lost 63-29 to a very good MDI team on Monday night. The Trojans, who look to be one of the favorites in Class B this year, used superior size and relentless defensive pressure to force 20 turnovers and hold the Ponies to 18 percent shooting from the floor.
